We booked it before and 100% recommend it to everyone. The room was a decent size and included great bathroom. The food they offered was savoury, had a good choice of meals.

The lovely family-run hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The family atmosphere of the place made our stay very pleasant. Our family room with toiletries and 2 queen beds was exactly as expected. We enjoyed the variety of tasty food offered at the hotel.

Clean place, staff was affable and really friendly. It was functional, brand-new and with balcony. The location was good for traveling around Phong Nha, right by organized taxis to-and-from train station as well as restaurants. Also, Phong Nha was not far. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to assist us. They even took the time to drive us to a nearby attraction to make sure we knew the way. The beds were really comfortable, providing a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring. the location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants and the national park.

That our room wasn't cleaned during our stay, so we didn't have fresh towels or emptied bins. It wasn't clear if this was something we needed to request, but other than that, everything was great.

The accommodation here more than met my needs and I would definitely recommend it; the double room with a balcony provided a very comfortable night's sleep.

The rooms are spacious and new, with two queen-sized beds, and the location is conveniently close to the bus stop.

The location was ideal, right in the middle of the town center with easy access to bars, restaurants, and other attractions. We loved the modern and clean rooms, as well as the delicious breakfast options. the hotel provided Netflix on the flatscreen TV, which was great for a cozy day in bed. we had a fantastic experience at this hotel.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were wonderful, always friendly and accommodating. They helped us arrange tours and gave us great recommendations. Duong in particular was exceptional, making us feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, allowing us to relax and get a good night's sleep. We were even able to comfortably do yoga in the room. The hotel's location was also perfect, offering easy access to nearby attractions. we were very impressed with the service and facilities provided by Song Toan.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff at Song Toan were incredibly friendly and always had a smile on their faces. They were more than accommodating, allowing us to check in early for free and even providing us with an early breakfast when we checked out. The room itself was excellent, with a comfortable bed and a great shower. The hotel also went above and beyond by calling our next hotel to check on our laundry, showing their dedication to customer service. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at Song Toan! The hotel's location was perfect for us, just a short walk from the bus stop. We arrived at 4 am and they allowed us to check in early for a small fee, even providing us with breakfast. The room we stayed in was surprisingly comfortable and clean, exceeding our expectations for the affordable price we paid. The family who runs the hotel was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, despite the language barrier. They even helped us book motorbike and bus tickets at a cheaper price than anywhere else we found. our experience at Song Toan was exceptional and we would definitely recommend it to others. Very good value for the money!

I stayed at Song Toan for 3 nights while exploring the area's caves. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. They even accompanied us to Paradise Cave to ensure we found our way. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and functioning amenities. The hotel's central location made it easy to access restaurants and explore the national park. The breakfast was tasty, and the coffee was exceptional. Plus, they had an adorable puppy!

Lovely hotel, staff speaks English, Russian, and Vietnamese. Had a great time enjoying à la carte breakfast, American cuisine, and room service. Loved the free WiFi and children's playground. Just wish they had a garden full of unicorns.
